- Provide Our Details: You will need to provide the following information to your DAF sponsor:
- Charity Name: Trails Youth Initiatives, Inc.
- Charitable Registration Number: 13505 0755 RR0001
- Address: 15599 Warden Avenue, Stouffville, ON L4A 2M9
- Specify the Amount: Let them know how much you would like to grant to Trails
- Direct the Grant: Make sure to direct the grant to our organization and indicate if there are any specific designations or purposes for the funds. You can also provide multi-year gifts through your DAF, with your DAF Sponsor sending funds to Trails at the specified date each year.
