AIM (Alumni in Mentorship)

Girls hanging out

Mentorship to support you through your alumni journey is available across all pillars of the For Life Program. Whether you are looking for support as you complete high school, transition into post-secondary, start your career, or navigate life, we have programs supported by alumni and community volunteer mentors that offer supportive, targeted and transitional mentorship resources.

  • AIM is a resource for alumni in Grades 11 and 12 and provides the chance for:

    • Support and resources towards the goal of high school graduation
    • Connection and engagement with fellow Trails alumni
    • Access to other For Life resources and opportunities
    • Ongoing connection to Trails

AIM is focused on meeting the needs of Trails alumni and is delivered in two ways: through 1:1 Mentorship and Group Mentorship.

    • What works best for you?
      • 1:1 Mentorship
      • Group Mentorship

AIM Mentor

I have been blessed to learn from my mentee. I have learned that active listening and empathy can be more valuable in mentorship than trying to solve others' problems.
