Our For Life Programs

For Life is made up of four programs that support Trails alumni in different ways. You can take part in one, or many, depending on what you need right now.

  • Alumni Reunion

Alumni Association: Stay connected to the Trails community

The Alumni Association keeps you connected to Trails and to each other. Alumni can stay in touch, build friendships, volunteer, and feel part of a supportive community long after finishing the core Trails program. This is a space where you belong, for life.

Alumni in Mentorship (AIM): Guidance as you prepare for what’s next

AIM is a program for Trails alumni in Grades 11 and 12. You’ll be supported by older Trails graduates who understand your journey and what it’s like to transition out of high school. Through shared experiences, fun events, and practical skill-building, AIM helps you stay connected to your Trails peers while gaining confidence, guidance, and support for the next stage of life.

  • Alumni scholarships

Scholarships: Support for education and future goals

The Trails Scholarship Program helps remove financial barriers to post-secondary education, training, or certification programs. Along with financial support, scholarship recipients receive mentorship and encouragement as they plan their next steps, helping turn goals into real opportunities.

  • FORward Resources: Tools for work, life, and unexpected challenges

FORward Resources supports alumni as they move into the workforce and adulthood. This includes help with resumes, interview preparation, networking, and career exploration. When life throws unexpected challenges your way, FORward Resources also includes opportunities to receive mentorship or can also provide short-term support to help you stay on track.
